03/06/2010 Random Music Review
Song:"Do You Remember"
Artist:Connor Daniel
Genre:Rock / Pop

Young Connor Daniel has been singing his heart for quite some time now. He takes great pride in his Kenyan roots and always looks forward to the future with joy and optimism. In his latest music video, a cover of "Do You Remember" by Jay Sean, Connor really delivers a fantastic performance. His clean vocals are a pleasure to listen to and with some varied flange effects he really gives a superb performance. The audio production in his latest video is amazing! Everything is crystal clear with great levels and no distortion. The video itself is really cool featuring Connor singing while dancing with friends against a great looking digitally animated backdrop. All in all a very impressive song and really well worth the listen.

"Hold On" cover by Virtualmusicians

03/05/2010 Random Music Review
Song:"Hold On"
Band:Virtualmusicians
Genre:Pop / Soft Rock / Cover

Virtualmusicians is a group of guys who collaborate from all over the United States to produce fantastic covers of popular songs. In this case they've done a great cover of "Hold On" originally by Kansas. David Castagna plays the keyboards, Matt is on drums, Al Herda is the lead vocalist, and Nate does the guitar & bass as well as the audio and video production.

This is a great cover of "Hold On', the vocals are pretty good and the band is great. These guys do a fantastic job, especially since they never actually physically get together to put the whole production together! Nate's production is key and he does a superb job stitching all of the pieces together to create a fantastic, seemless video that seems like it was all done in one studio.

Genre:Progressive Melodic Trance / New Age

Evolving is the perfect name for this wonderful dreamy progressive melodic trance track by Chris Baker. The lead in progression to the middle break is subtle and spot on. Then the enjoyable ethereal instrumental middle without percussion to allow the imagination some transit before diving into the second progression and then fade out in the later part of the mix. A wonderful trance tune sure to please all fans of this fascinating genre of music.
